Our debut project involved an auction bought mid-terraced property requiring a lot of love.
The entire property was meticulously stripped back to its brick structure. This allowed for a fresh canvas, ensuring that all old or outdated elements were removed and the foundation for the new design and renovations was solid.
A full re-wire of the electrical system and new plumbing throughout the property was carried out. This not only ensures safety and compliance with modern building standards but also provides the flexibility and capacity for modern living.
The design, planning and finishing specification for the project was handled in-house. This involved the creation of a 4-meter rear extension and a loft conversion, dramatically increasing the liveable space within the property. Designing these spaces in-house allowed for a more seamless integration of these additions into the overall layout and aesthetic of the property.
The completion of this project represents a remarkable transformation from an older, more dated property into a contemporary and functional living space. The increased liveable area, modern amenities, and attention to details indicate a comprehensive and well-executed renovation.
